I am a visual artist based in Derbyshire. I graduated in 2017 with a degree in Creative Expressive Therapies and I am currently completing my MA in Art and Social Practice. Alongside my own creative practice, I work as an artist in health and social care settings, using the arts and their therapeutic qualities to aid in wellbeing. I enjoy creating collaborative experiences, which focus on connection, community and working with people to tell their stories.
One of the most important parts of my work is listening to participants and working with them in creative ways to express their passions, explore their interests and learn new things about themselves. I am passionate about how we as humans are innately creative and I strive to create projects and workshops which embrace the way that art connects us to ourselves and each other.
